Cleaning down of all sloping valleys, flat valleys, and parapet gutters etc.
Brush and clean all flat roofs
Cleaning down of all roof lights
Cleaning of any other areas of roofs where debris is likely to gather
Cleaning out all gully traps, back inlet gully traps, road gully pots and continuous slotted drains
Carry out visual check and report any defective gutters, downpipes joints, brackets gutters outlets, gullies, gratings etc.
Visually inspect for loose or missing slates or tiles Identify if any slates or tiles are found to be broken, cracked, dislodged or show signs of spalling or delamination
Clean any wall surface staining , walkways , driveways Remove any build-up of moss or algae by pressure washing
