Our Health and Safety team are constantly engaged in several in-house and industry wide initiatives which they are rolling out on an ongoing basis.

Our safety record is exemplary with over 60,000 accident free hours recorded, all incident’s including near misses are reported and investigated thoroughly with corrective actions implemented as required.

We continue to improve our approach to the environment, health and safety for both colleagues, customers and the communities were we work. We are working hard to reduce our collective fuel consumption through smart driving initiatives and education through telematics.

Rules of Safety

The safety of all our employees, business partners and others affected by our work is always in our focus and drives risk reduction in all of our operations. As a company, we are Safe T Cert Accredited and working towards ISO accreditation.

Our core activity is working at heights and we are continually pursuing the most efficient and safest way to deliver our services while operating in this high risk environment

Rockcastle Ltd are members of IPAF and we are continually improving our standards. We work closely with business partners, other contractors, our training providers and industry bodies to develop our workforce through professional development, awareness and improvement.
