- At 250,000 square feet City Quays 3 will be one of the largest Grade A office developments to be built in Northern Ireland. Once City Quays 3 is complete, it will facilitate 1,800workers.
Solution
Rockcastle were included in this project from the beginning by providing a high-speed Construction Hoist for the slipform process to transport workers to the required working level.
Once the internal fit out stage began, Rockcastle were tasked with providing a large, heavy duty transport platform to allow access for persons and large bulky materials to each floor level. Using our industry knowledge, Rockcastle manufactured a solution utilising our design and manufacturing department to create a 3mx3.2m platform with a load capacity of 3000kg.
