- Brush and clean all flat roofs
- Cleaning down of all roof lights
- Cleaning of any other areas of roofs where debris is likely to gather
- Cleaning out all gully traps, back inlet gully traps, road gully pots and continuous slotted drains
- Carry out visual check and report any defective gutters, downpipes joints, brackets gutters outlets, gullies, gratings etc.
- Visually inspect for loose or missing slates or tiles Identify if any slates or tiles are found to be broken, cracked, dislodged or show signs of spalling or delamination
- Clean any wall surface staining , walkways , driveways
Remove any build-up of moss or algae by pressure washing
