  • Cleaning down of all gutters, hopper heads, down pipes, PVC fascias and soffits
  • Cleaning down of all flat roof outlets
  • Cleaning down of all sloping valleys, flat valleys, and parapet gutters etc.
  • Brush and clean all flat roofs
  • Cleaning down of all roof lights
  • Cleaning of any other areas of roofs where debris is likely to gather
  • Cleaning out all gully traps, back inlet gully traps, road gully pots and continuous slotted drains
  • Carry out visual check and report any defective gutters, downpipes joints, brackets gutters outlets, gullies, gratings etc.
  • Visually inspect for loose or missing slates or tiles Identify if any slates or tiles are found to be broken, cracked, dislodged or show signs of spalling or delamination
  • Clean any wall surface staining , walkways , driveways
    Remove any build-up of moss or algae by pressure washing
